What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is only $50. That amount can be from any of our product lines
or from a combination of product lines. There is no minimum per product line or
per item.

Is there a minimum order per item?
Nope. We only require a $50 minimum
per order, not per item. We make it easy for you to try
out new products in your store. Try a few things out, see which ones are most popular,
and come back for more later!

Can I get a free sample?
We're sorry, but we don't offer free samples. Our ultra-low minimum order makes it
easy for you to try out products in your store. And our
30-day No-Hassle Guaranty makes it risk free! If you don't like
our products for any reason, return them within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price.

How do I place an order?
We offer several ways to place an order.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
We also accept Paypal and Money Orders.

How do I pay with PayPal?
Our PayPal username is "iLotTrading@gmail.com". If you already know
the total of your order, you can send your payment directly to that address.
If you tell us you want to pay with PayPal when you place your order,
we can also e-mail you a PayPal invoice. Then you can simply click the link
in the e-mail to go directly into the payment center and pay the bill.

Can I pay for my purchase with a check or money order?
We accept money orders. For customers in the United States, any standard
money order or cashier's check can be accepted.
For customers outside the United States, we can
only accept POSTAL MONEY ORDERS payable in US DOLLARS. Other checks
and other currencies will not be accepted and will delay your order.
We do not accept personal or business checks.

Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped outside of California are not currently assessed a sales tax.
We are required to assess a sales tax on any order shipped within California
unless you can provide us with a valid and current Re-Sale Number.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges vary depending on the size of the order and the shipping method.
We will advise you of the cost of shipping before your order is shipped. We ship
by US First Class or Priority Mail for most orders. We have found this to be the
most reliable and cost-effective method of shipment. If you prefer, however, we
can ship by another carrier at your request.

When are you going to ship my order?
Most orders are shipped either the same business day or next business day.
Occasionally items are back-ordered. If this happens we will contact you to determine
whether we should cancel that item or hold the shipment until the item is back in stock.
In all cases we strive to process your order as quickly as possible.

Can orders by shipped overnight?
Orders received by 2pm Pacific Time can be shipped overnight for an additional
shipping charge.

Can credit card orders be shipped to a third party?
We must ship to the cardholder unless we receive a signed waiver from the cardholder.
If you would like to ship your order to a person other than the credit cardholder
please let us know. We will fax or e-mail you the waiver form. Your order
will be shipped as soon as you return the form to us filled out and signed by the
cardholder.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Do the products come with packaging?
Tattoos are wrapped in plastic with a hole punch for rack display.
Instructions for tattoo application are printed on the packaging.
All watches are shipped in a protective plastic sleeve (for protection only - not for display).
Most earrings are mounted on display cards for rack display. Other jewelry are shipped in a protective plastic sleeve (for protection only - not for display).

How do the temporary tattoos work?
Temporary tattoos are very easy to apply. Simply cut out the design
you wish to apply and peel off the protective plastic cover. Place the
tattoo on your skin where you wish to apply it - tattoo facing your skin,
paper side up. Place a damp cloth over the tattoo and hold it in place
for about 30 seconds. Then, carefully peel off the paper backing. That's it!

How long do the tattoos last?
It depends on where you place the tattoos, but they generally can last
up to a week. On skin areas that flex more, like elbows and knees, the
tattoos will wear out a bit faster. Of course, if you like, the tattoos
can easily be removed with a cold cream.

Are the watches battery operated?
Yes, all of our watches are battery operated and come with a
standard-size watch battery already installed.
|
|
|

Do you sell batteries?
No, we currently do not sell batteries.
|
|
|

Do you sell watch bands?
No, we currently do not sell watch bands or any other replacement parts.

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return
it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We do not
refund shipping charges.
